Joynetta Bell Kelly, DHSc, MA, is a purpose-driven public health leader, educator, and wellness advocate who has dedicated her life to helping children, families, and communities thrive.
With more than 20 years of experience across healthcare, government, academia, and community-based organizations, she has led national efforts in health equity, chronic disease prevention, and community wellness, but her passion has always started with youth.
Dr. Kelly believes that healthy habits begin early and extend far beyond the classroom. Her work is rooted in supporting the whole child, combining nutrition, physical activity, behavioral health, life skills development, and STEAM education to create a strong foundation for lifelong success.
